Jason started judo at the age of 8
under Paul at the Grange JC and then moved to Bedminster Judokwai in
1997. Jason is a former member of the Great Britain Squad and a very
successful player. His knowledge is invaluable to the younger
members. Jason is Mr 'Bedminster Judokwai' and is the club's most successful
player.
Chris
Sage, 1st Dan
Chris is a former member of the
Eclipse JC and is now a member of Caldicot. Chris trains with us on
a regular basis and brings valuable experience to the club. Chris is
a current member of the Welsh and Great Britain squads and represented
Wales at the 20086 & 2008
Commonwealths and more recently UK school games. |

used to train with Paul at the Grange when he left to start a family and
helped at Bedminster Judokwai on and off since 1996, however in the last 2
years John has committed himself to the club and now runs the junior and
senior beginners classes.

only started with the club in 2005 and has rapidly progressed to Brown
belt, Joe is well respected by all players and is a committed and
excellent Captain. Joe can often be found at competitions helping
coach our younger members. Joe has had great success over the last 2
